New IAR Sketch Challenge - Sketch #1

Happy Monday! We decided to switch things up a bit and there is a new challenge. The talented Arlene (mybutterflykisses12) has designed this sketch specially for you guys. So let's get straight to the challenge details.

*Contest Details/Rules:

• Contest runs July 9th - July 28th (Ends 11:59pm PST)
• Theme: Your Choice
• Minimum (2) I Am Roses Products
• The Sketch must be used in the project (card, layout, altered item, etc.) - The Sketch can be flipped, reversed or rotated.
• One project submission per participant
• One winner picked by Design Team
• Participants will upload their project to their blog or forum, Label it “IAR Sketch #1”
• Participants will leave a comment to THIS IAR Challenge blog post and leave a direct link to their project
• Must Subscribe/or be a Follower of the IAR Challenge Blog

Here is a little bit about Aliscia...

My name is Aliscia and I am obsessed and addicted to scrapbooking. My first exposure to this wonderful hobby was shortly after the birth of my first child 7 years ago when I received a memory book from my mom in which to put my photos and other memorabilia. My interest in this hobby sparked even further when my darling hubby was deployed to Afghanistan. Scrapbooking became a way of life for me, it kept me happy, busy and entertained. I love making mini albums, cards and layouts but I think my favorite thing to do is to alter things and to inspire others to explore their creative side. I am very passionate about the arts and look forward to learning more and sharing more with you.

June "I Do" YouTube Contest

Hello everyone, hoping that your month is off to a great start! If you missed our post about the May IARCC Winner, you can go here. I Am Roses is hosting a new YouTube Contest "I Do" going on now. The month of June is well known here in the States as wedding season, so this month's  theme is Bridal.

Here are the details:

Title: I Am Roses "I Do" Contest 
Theme: Bridal/Wedding (Card/Layout/Altered Project/Treat Bag)
Challenge: Monochromatic - Use White/Cream/Neutral Tones
Contest Date: Jun. 4th - Jun. 22th (11:59pm PST) 
Winner Announcement: Jun. 28th

Rules:

• Minimum (2) I Am Roses products used
• Must use Monochromatic colors in White/Cream/Neutral tones.
• Submit Project as a "Video Response" to the Official IAR Challenge Contest Video here
• 1 Entry submission per contestant
• 1 Winner will be selected by the Design Team
• Subscribe to IAR YouTube Channel iamrosesdt

This seems like a difficult challenge to use no "color" but we know that you guys can do it! Before you get to crafting, as always our fabulous Design Team has created some wonderful projects to help boost your creative mojo.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the late announcement. I hope that everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend, it's June! Yikes. Okay let's get down to business.
